This coming Tuesday I’ll be holding a workshop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on HPV and cervical health. This workshop is for anyone who has had an abnormal pap or who wants to know more about cervical health and how to stay healthy in the future. It’s also for anyone who works in female reproductive health or supports women physically or emotionally, including acupuncturists, mental health therapists, physical therapists, or parents of young girls or teens.

Participants will receive:

Evidence-based facts to reduce anxiety regarding abnormal paps and how to prevent getting one in the first place
A deeper explanation of paps than you get in a typical doctor’s visit
Tips for supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes that help prevent or clear HPV
A guided meditation for cervical health and healing
A confidential, warm setting in which to ask questions and get support
