It can be confusing and upsetting to have an abnormal pap result, or series of abnormal results. I recently wrote about my approach to cervical health, which combines energetics with the most up to date medical care.
In this intimate workshop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I’ll answer the most frequently asked questions about abnormal paps and offer tips for supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes that help prevent or clear HPV. I’ll also lead a guided meditation for cervical health and healing.
